Free energy home visits for Oxford residents

By John Charlton

Local Energy Advice Project (LEAP) is a new free service, providing important advice, support and energy saving measures to fuel poor and vulnerable households. The LEAP scheme is provided by AgilityEco alongside a number of partner organisations and is funded by energy suppliers as part of the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiatives fund. It is delivered in a close partnership with Local Authorities and Housing Associations

Residents in Oxford who are on benefits, have long-term health or mental health condition or other vulnerability, are eligible for the Local Energy Advice Project. Residents can get a free energy home visit, small energy repairs such as draught proofing and free support with their finances. They can also get free or discounted insulation or boilers if available.
